About the Author
Natália de Lemeny Makedonová wurde 1950 in der Slowakei geboren. Sie war Deutschlehrerin und später auch Unternehmerin. 1991 gründete sie ihren eigenen Verlag, der „Natajoga" hieß und mit dem sie unter anderem auch ihre eigenen Bücher „Deutsch für Kinder" und „Yoga für Schwangere - Geburt ohne Wehen" veröffentlichte. In den Jahren 1997 und 1998 schrieb sie die dreiteilige Buchreihe „Die ewigen Gesetze". Bereits der erste Band mit seinem Untertitel „Die neue Erdenmenschheit" stieß auf großes Interesse. Kurz danach veröffentlichte sie auch den zweiten und dritten Band mit dem Untertitel „Die Umwandlung im Geiste". Nach der Vollendung dieses dreibändigen Werkes, mit dem sie der Menschheit eine hohe Botschaft vermittelte und somit ihre Aufgabe erfüllte, verstarb sie 1998.

The books is really awesome. But doesn't have problems for shear center.

This book struggles to find a good voice to present the material. It's examples are okay, the problems take a bit of work to exactly figure out what is being asked on occasion. The book overall doesn't do a decent job at presenting new concepts. I only have this book because it was required for the course I am taking and I have barely cracked it open as I can get by better with the course notes and google.

If I had bought the physical copy of the book I would have used it as a door stopper or an overpriced paperweight. Other school notes are more helpful than this "book". The lack of examples in this book is irritating when you depend on the book to explain the theory while the professor urges you to use it. If this had more example problems solved, I would be satisfied with it.

I used this textbook for my undergraduate class. The problem sets were good, but the textbook contained so many errors that my professor asked us not to read the book to avoid confusion. The most starling error is the one of the moment of inertia equations in the back of the book. Do not use this textbook as a reference book.

it is not typical read then test book, all information that is stated in examples within text, must be examined carefully, this is why I like it, nothing is straight forward. This was the only book that I bought in this semester, and it got stolen in three weeks ^^. Previous version have same examples.

If your mostly familiarized with books from Hibbeler then you may be struct by the fact that this book doesn't have all the colored and beautifully presented graphics, but the fact is that it has everything you'll need. The theoretical explanations are very straight forward and the examples are pretty precise.Good luck everyone!

The book really dives into theory without providing real world examples, or any examples for that matter. It was not the easiest book to follow, but it did have great problems to be used for class assignments. It is a better class supplement than a standalone learning tool.

Too few examples. MANY incorrect formulas. Find something else if you can.
